Maintenance Contracts
Active Communications provides Maintenance and Support contracts for customers to provide quick response to any difficulties they may encounter.
General Maintenance and Support contracts cover from 9AM to 5PM, Mon to Fri, Australian Eastern Time. Australian national public holidays are observed. Harware coverage is normally available only for new systems for the equipment warranty period.

- No charge for resolving processing dificulties with the support products
- No charge for advice on configuration changes "How to...".
Requirements
- Supported products must be current version (Limited support may be possible on older releases)
- Remote access to supported system must be available (Phone support only if remote access is unavailable)
Variations to standard contract
Active communications can provide variations to the standard support on request from customers at additional cost.
