Billing

Active Communications provides support to both contracted and non-contracted customers. 

 

Contracted Customers

Contracted customers receive priority over others, and unlimited calls to the support line. 
Contracted customers are not charged for any calls related to the incorrect operation of the supported products, or for reasonable advice on operation of supported systems (e.g. "How do I...").
Contracted customers may be chanrged for support calls if the problem reported is determined to be with unsupported equipment, or is a request to change configuration of a supported product.  (e.g. Failures such as power interuptions, failed hard disk drives, pabx issues, environment changes, user moves adds, changes, etc. will be chargeable).

Current Billing rates:

Normal Hours:  $120.00 / hr  ex. GST

After Hours:        $180.00 / hr  ex. GST

 

Non-Contracted Customers

Non-contracted customers are charged for each support request, and are serviced as time permits.

Current Billing rates:

Normal Hours:  $160.00 / hr ex. GST

After Hours:        $200.00 / hr ex. GST

Call Out fee:       $500.00 ex. GST

 

*N.B.  Minimum billing is 2 hours.  All prices are exclusive of G.S.T.  Travel time is chargable.
